- We will only use your information for the purpose of developing and maintaining the Suffolk Speaks Citizen Panel and gathering your views to develop and improve services.

- Suffolk Speaks organisations will be able to use the Citizen Panel to contact you.
- We will contact you once a year to check your information is accurate.
- You can cancel your membership at any time by clicking unregister once you have logged into the site.

Collection of information
Information is collected as follows:
- voluntary submission when a question is requested via the Registration Form;
- by examination of the Log Files that all visitors involuntarily leave when they visit any web site - this provides a limited amount of information though cannot identify the individual concerned;
- automatic collection of non-personal information and data through the use of Cookies. Cookies are small text files a web site uses to recognise repeat users, facilitate the user's ongoing access to the site and facilitate the use of the site. Cookies also allow a site to track usage behaviour and compile site usage information that will allow for the improvement of content. The information collected is used to improve the content of the site, thus making your user experience more valuable.
